Let Your Life Speak This Week
"Be wise in the way you act toward outsiders; make the most of every opportunity. Let your conversation be always full of grace, seasoned with salt, so that you may know how to answer everyone." — Colossians 4:5–6 (NIV)
Reflection:
Your life is speaking — every day, in every setting. At work, in the grocery store, on the sidelines of your child’s game, in a conversation with your neighbor — people notice how you live.
How do you respond to stress? How do you treat others? Is your life marked by grace, integrity, and kindness?
We are called not just to speak about Jesus, but to reflect Him in how we live. And when our lives align with our message, what we do say about Him becomes even more powerful.
This week, stay spiritually alert. There will be God's moments and simple opportunities to sow seeds:
You don’t have to force a conversation or “preach” in every setting. But when your life reflects Jesus, your words, when the opportunity comes — will carry great weight.
Remember: the Gospel is not just shared through our mouths, but through our actions, our tone, and the atmosphere we bring into a room.
As Colossians says, “make the most of every opportunity.” Walk through your week with eyes open to how the Holy Spirit might use you — not just in big ways, but in everyday moments.
Prayer:
Lord, help me see the opportunities You are giving me this week. Let my life speak clearly of You. May my actions, my attitude, and my words be full of grace. Teach me to walk in step with Your Spirit and to reflect Jesus in all I do. In Jesus’ name, amen.
Reflection Questions:
1. Who around me this week might need encouragement or hope?
2. Are my actions reflecting Jesus to those who are watching?
3. How can I intentionally “make the most of every opportunity” today?

This week, stay spiritually alert. There will be God's moments and simple opportunities to sow seeds:
- A kind word to someone discouraged
- Patience with someone difficult
- “I’m praying for you” in response to someone’s struggle
- Integrity where compromise would be easy
- Bringing calm where there is anxiety
